Intellectual property
Site content, design and code (excluding client work referenced in case studies) belong to Jaaviz. Client logos, names and project details shown as selected work are used with permission.
Project engagements
Submitting the contact form is an inquiry, not a contract. Scope, pricing, timeline and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate, signed proposal or statement of work.
Limitation of liability
Jaaviz is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
